Erica Andrade

Erica Andrade is a proud daughter of an immigrant family from Mexico. Born and raised in Chicago's south and west sides, she has spent majority of her professional career dedicated to the Latino community. As the Office Manager at JGMA, Erica plays an integral role in our studio’s day-to-day operations. She is also one of the firm’s leaders in fostering a culture of belonging, guiding efforts to celebrate unique perspectives within the organization and setting a standard for the industry through her leadership.
