Roxy Kermani
Roxy Kermani is a LEED accredited architect, licensed in California and Illinois with roots in the SF Bay Area. Prior to moving to Chicago, Roxy practiced architecture in Los Angeles and San Francisco, where she lived on a boat across the Golden Gate Bridge. Her Iranian heritage brings a unique perspective to her work that is centered around people and communities. Drawing inspiration from her background in art, construction, and furniture fabrication, her design approach is fueled by functional yet creative details that are unique to each project.
As a Project Architect at JGMA, Roxy's hands-on approach adds a distinctive touch to her design process. She is involved on wide range of projects such as the O'Hare Satellite Terminals, West Pullman Master Plan, and New Community Church Renovation, as well as the launch of several sustainability and equity initiatives for the office.
